Losing belly fat is the hardest to get rid of on the body. Belly fat is the hardest to lose on the body. So, is there a way to help promote belly fat loss? 

Each protein I will talk about and give more details as to the whys and how it helps you lose belly fat.

I added nuts because they are such a good source of fibre and protein. Not only are they high in fibre and protein, but they contain healthy fats as well and vitamins and minerals.
