Water! Water has so many great benefits for your body. But, did you know that water is essential for weight loss? 

How Water Helps Weight Loss:
  1. Water helps burn more calories
  2. Helps to increase appetite, especially drinking before your meal.
  3. May aid with lower calorie intake, the reason being is because the more water you drink, the fuller you feel=less calories consumed.
  4. Water helps flush toxins from your body that

  6. Helps increase your daily recommended intake for liquid intake.

Your body needs to stay well hydrated to function. It’s also necessary to help lose weight.

I have started a routine that as soon as I wake up, before having coffee, I drink a full glass of water. 

This has helped increase my energy level in the morning. I’ve noticed a difference since incorporating this habit into my daily life.

I also suggest drinking at least 2 glasses of ice water daily. Ice water helps increase metabolism in your body.

I have a friend that loves adding cucumber to her water. 

I had never seen this before!

After seeing her adding this to her water, I looked it up. 

Cucumber is so good for you so of course adding this to your water would only help! 

It is high in vitamin K which helps your bones stay healthy. It will help keep your blood pressure because of the potassium.

You can add fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple to your water. It will sweeten up your water naturally and give you some great health benefits

I actually have been drinking a cup of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning and then again at night before bed.

One of the best times to drink green tea for weight loss is before a workout. 

Drinking a cup before exercise will help boost your metabolism and increase calorie burn during and after a workout.

You can also have green tea after a workout. This will help slow down your heart rate and relax your body.

Coffee is full of antioxidants, as a result, this helps the body get rid of toxins.

-It helps to decrease your appetite. This tends to make you eat less. Less calories consumed in a day leads to weight loss.

Another great time to have your coffee is about an hour  or so before a workout.
